Job description

Production Worker

The Production Worker role focuses on the safe handling of glass and related products in the glass industry, including moving materials through the facility. The role reports to the Tempering Supervisor.

This position is ideal for individuals who are safety-conscious, self-motivated, flexible with shift start and end times, and able to work in regional climate conditions. As a vital member of the Tempering Department, this is a great opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow all safety procedures and protocols, including wearing PPE, to ensure a safe work environment.
• Accurately measure and inspect glass to ensure quality for customers.
• Transport glass safely throughout the facility.
• Work while standing and lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly.
• Work overtime as needed.
