• The Production Worker role focuses on the safe handling of glass and related products in the glass industry, moving materials through the facility, and reports to the Insulating Glass Supervisor.

This role is ideal for individuals who are safety-conscious, self-motivated, flexible with shift hours, and able to work in regional climate conditions. As a vital member of the Insulating Glass Department, this position offers an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

Job responsibilities include:

• Following all safety procedures and protocols, including wearing PPE, to ensure a safe work environment.
• Measuring and inspecting glass accurately to ensure quality standards are met.
• Transporting glass safely throughout the facility.
• Standing for extended periods and lifting up to 75 lbs repeatedly.
• Working overtime when required.
