AGRI-INDUSTRIAL PLASTICS COMPANY, located in Fairfield, IA, is seeking a Machine Operator for the 11:55pm–8:00am shift to produce high quality blow molded plastic parts in a safe, efficient manner.

Requires a high school diploma or GED (or 1–3 months related experience), English fluency, and the ability to follow detailed work instructions. Overtime is required and the role is full-time, with a focus on quality and safety in a manufacturing environment.

• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be fluent in English to read policy and communicate as needed.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Machine Operator’s primary responsibility is to produce high quality blow molded plastic parts to meet customer specifications, in a safe and efficient manner.

• Produce and assemble high quality blow molded parts in a safe and efficient manner.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

REQUIRED: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be fluent in English in this position so as to be able to read policy, and procedure and communicate as needed.
