Job summary

Wasatch Labs is seeking a Pack-Out Associate to join our team in Utah. You will maintain a clean pack-out area, verify quantities, and quickly package pouches per customer orders. The role requires sharp attention to detail, dexterity for small parts, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

You will label and stack boxes for distribution, conduct final quality checks, and perform visual inspections to ensure product quality. GMPs and SOPs must be followed, and monthly training is included.

Qualifications

• Counting with decimals and fractions using calculator.
• Able to work quickly while keeping area clean and safe.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for small parts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain neat and orderly pack-out area.
• Ensure accurate quantities and perform final quality checks.
• Package pouches according to orders and label/stack boxes for distribution.
• Conduct visual product inspections and follow GMPs and SOPs.
• Attend monthly plant training.

Company:Wasatch LabsPOSITION DESCRIPTION: The Pack-Out Associate reports to the Pack-Out Supervisor.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:· Maintain the workplace and pack-out area in a neat, clean and orderly condition· Ensure accurate quantities are packed and conduct final quality control checks· Carefully and quickly packaging pouches according to customer orders· Labeling & stacking boxes for distribution, performing accurate inventory counts & more· Conduct visual inspection of product to ensure good quality,· Must have excellent dexterity to manually assemble small parts using hand tools, fixtures, and/or equipment, and sort product for defects as require· Follow company GMPs, Food Safety, and other applicable WPDNs SOPs.· Attend monthly plant training.SKILS & EXPERIENCE:· Count counting skills, using decimals and fractions with calculator.· Must be able to work at a quick pace while maintaining a clean and safe work area· Must have good hand/eye coordination· Must have excellent dexterity to manually assemble small parts using hand tools, fixtures, and/or equipment and sort product for defects as require· Must be a self-directed \"go-getter\" who can teach others while also participating in the work load.· Regularly required to stand and move about within the work areas.· Ability to lift loads of 50 pounds· Able to work occasional weekends, holidays· Strong attention to detailOur Benefits & Perks:You will be part of an engaged, inclusive, global community that values family, giving back, beauty, and sustainability.
