About the Role

As a Production Worker at Wheatland Tube in Warren, OH, the candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth production operations within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Shift: Rotating Shifts.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure adherence to proper safety procedures, contributing to a secure work environment.
• Handle material movement efficiently to support continuous production.
• Operate mobile equipment to facilitate effective workflow.
• Manage production equipment to maintain operational standards.
• Utilize hand and power equipment effectively within a manufacturing setting.

Who You Are

• Possesses 1+ years of industrial experience (strongly preferred).
• Demonstrates proven mechanical and mathematical aptitude.
• Exhibits an uncompromising commitment to safety.
• Maintains attention to detail, dependability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
• Adapts to shift work and maintains a solid work history with verifiable references.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Successfully completes a post-offer hair follicle drug test, physical, and background check.
• Leads and promotes health and safety work practices in compliance with regulatory standards.

Physical Abilities

Regularly lifts and/or moves up to 50 pounds.

Walks or stands for at least 80% of the shift.

Adapts to working rotating all three shifts.
