Trillium Staffing is now seeking Production Workers / Packing Machine Operators in Warren!
Starting pay rate is $14.00/hourwith opportunity to increase upon learning to run theseworkstations. Schedule is5:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday.6 hours on Saturdays, IF necessary. 5:00 to 11:00 AM.
The Packaging Line Operatoris responsible for preparing and setting up packaging equipment for production runs involving small hardware components (e.g., nuts, bolts, screws). This includes configuring box packaging machines, feeders, scales, and sealing equipment to ensure efficient and accurate operation. This role supports smooth changeovers and maintains line readiness in accordance with production schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
•Set up and adjust packaging equipment, including box formers, counters, feeders, and sealers, based on product specifications and production requirements.
•Load materials such as boxes, labels, and hardware parts into designated machines.
•Perform test runs and inspections to verify correct weights, counts, and packaging quality.
•Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues during set-up or operation and notify maintenance as needed.
•Complete changeovers quickly and accurately between different packaging runs.
•Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all times.
•Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packaging area.
•Document setup parameters and update production logs as required.

Qualifications:
•High school diploma or GED preferred.
•Prior experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment preferred.
•Mechanical aptitude.
•Ability to read and understand work orders and setup instructions.
•Basic math skills for measuring, counting, and scale calibration.
•Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
•Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
