Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills and strong communication.
• Strong math skills are a plus.
• Good hand-eye coordination for small parts.
• Medical device manufacturing experience a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate computerized contact lens manufacturing and lathing equipment, manual polishing machines, and optical blocking equipment.
• Perform lens deblocking, product inspection, packaging, and shipping.
• Maintain accurate lens identification and traceability throughout all process steps.
• Record and report production data and observations.
• Follow SOPs, quality standards, and government regulations.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow safety practices.
• Coordinate daily tasks with supervisors and team members.
• Use enterprise production systems to manage orders and workflow.
• Handle incoming materials, replenish supplies, and assist with equipment maintenance.
• Participate in periodic business-related projects and support continuous production improvement.
• Occasionally work overtime as required.
