We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker to support manufacturing processes in a fast-paced environment that packages swimming pool chemicals.

Responsibilities include:

• Sorting cases, pulling bottles, capping and uncapping bottles, inspecting cases, packaging bottles, stacking, and operating filling machines.
• Maintaining production standards and working towards improving productivity without compromising quality.
• Following health and safety standards.
• Maintaining cleanliness of workstations and production floors.
• Packing filled bottles in boxes or packages as directed.
• Finalizing products for shipment.
• Working on the production line to meet targets.
• Reporting issues to supervisors.
• Handling raw materials, finished products, chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
• Applying caps, labels, stretch film, and other packaging materials as needed.
• Performing additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 40 lbs.
• Previous factory experience is advantageous.
• Experience with manufacturing machinery.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods, including walking, lifting, climbing, crouching, bending, reaching, and stooping.
• Availability for shift work.
