Salary: $17.00 to $17.50 per hour

Job Description

The Production Worker performs production work in a warehouse environment, assembling, kits, and co-packing products while maintaining safety and quality standards. Operates equipment such as ink jet printers, pallet jacks, conveyor belts, and case sealers. Performs physical, repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy, assembling and co-packing parts.
• Meet production requirements and standards consistently.
• Increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality.
• Complete packaging tasks including product assembly, packing, and taping.
• Operate and maintain equipment properly.
• Collaborate with the team to meet quotas and goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and report concerns.
• Follow instructions and attend safety and production trainings.

Minimum Qualifications

• Prior production or packing experience preferred.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to build effective working relationships and solve problems.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to maneuver equipment, bend, stoop, push carts up to 50 lbs, lift up to 40 lbs, and use a pallet jack.

Work Environment

Manufacturing setting with forklifts and equipment, exposure to noise, heat, fumes, chemicals, and airborne particles.
