BASIC PURPOSE: This position supports terminal operations by loading, unloading, storing, mixing, and blending products.

COMPENSATION OVERVIEW:

• $20.00 per hour
• Overtime pay starting at 40 hours per week
• Eligibility to receive annual bonus payouts

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
• Follow policies and wear required safety equipment
• Execute processes for safe tank car unloading
• Unload truck trailers, store materials properly, and track inventory
• Ensure inbound shipments are accurate and undamaged, report variances
• Operate forklift safely and perform routine inspections
• Operate blending/mixing machines following SOPs
• Use machines to produce quality products
• Monitor equipment and production for safety and efficiency
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
• Conduct quality control tests and record data
• Perform other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Preferred 1 year experience in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, farming, or agriculture environments
• Previous forklift experience preferred

SKILLS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Ability to read and understand procedures
• Ability to perceive color differences
• Basic math skills
• Willingness to work a 5-day schedule with possible overtime
• Motivated, self-starter, team player

• Physical activities include climbing, lifting over 50 lbs, and working in elevated areas
