Job summary

ATI's Vandergrift Operations is seeking production workers to operate equipment and perform labor tasks to support and maintain plant operations, with responsibilities across multiple facilities.

Essential functions include operating small and large mobile equipment, cranes via remote control or overhead cab, teamwork to produce plate products, and assisting routine maintenance; some tasks involve computer interfaces. Safety and problem-solving are valued in this role.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a transferrable industry.
• Basic reading, math, and measurement comprehension. Ability to read instructions, do basic math and perform simple measurements is critical.

We are currently seeking production workers at our Vandergrift Operations. Job responsibilities include operating equipment and performing tasks such as operating labor, general labor and light mobile equipment operation as required to support and maintain plant operations. This position also supports and assists in maintenance activities.

Basic Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, Vo-Tech Certificate or associate degree in electrical, mechanical or other related curriculum

• Ability and willingness to operate and/or maintain a variety of operating units,
• Work shifts, weekends, and overtime in an industrial environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work safely as a team member.
• Reading, math & problem-solving skills with electrical or mechanical aptitude.
