Job summary

Nesco Resource in Clinton, PA is seeking a dependable Machine Operator to join our growing paper bag production team. If you are mechanically inclined and enjoy hands-on work, this role is for you.

You will operate and monitor machinery, make basic mechanical adjustments, perform minor repairs, and inspect products for quality. You’ll also stack, label, and prepare goods for shipment while keeping a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous mechanical or machine operation experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work during shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery used in paper bag production.
