Job summary

Sonoco in West Chester, OH is seeking a reliable manufacturing associate for second shift (2:45pm-11pm). You will operate machinery, pack products, and contribute to quality control in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating closely with departments and plant teams to complete basic manufacturing.
• Packs product into boxes, retrieves product from equipment and operates machinery.
• Making incremental process adjustments, monitor and report quality of manufactured products.
• Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to setup new production jobs.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area.
• Assists other departments as needed.

Pay Rate: $24.37/hr. - $0.75 shift differential for 2nd
Shift: 2nd (2:45pm-11pm)
