Job summary

Commercial Metals Company (CMC) is seeking dedicated production personnel to support our construction reinforcement and steel product operations. You will be part of a team handling manufacturing tasks, loading and unloading materials, and maintaining clean, safe work areas.

The role emphasizes adherence to safety policies, PPE use, and teamwork with coworkers and supervisors to meet production goals. Training and advancement opportunities are available within a Fortune 500 company.

What You'll Do
  • Follow all company safety policies and wear personal protective equipment at all times.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure safety.
  • Operate hand and power tools in a safe and effective manner
  • Work in kilns, set up forms, and/or load and unload finished materials on trucks
What You'll Need
  • Exposed tohigh levelsof concrete dust.
  • Regularly wear protective attire, such as hard hats and steel-toe boots.
  • Time management, must understand "urgency" of manufacturing
  • Work with coworkers and supervisors in meeting production goals
Your Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
