Day In The Life Of a Production Worker

You don’t need any experience to join us — just a good attitude and a willingness to learn!

  • Start your shift by getting your station ready — this could mean organizing packing supplies, setting up your equipment, or reviewing the day’s workflow with your team.
  • Rotate between tasks throughout the day — you might portion materials, seal containers, label boxes, or stack finished products on pallets for shipping. Don’t worry — we’ll train you on each step.
  • Keep things moving as you stay on your feet, working with your hands and staying alert in a fast-paced environment where efficiency and accuracy matter.
  • Stick to safety and cleanliness standards — you’ll wipe down surfaces, follow food-safe handling procedures (when needed), and make sure everything stays neat, clean, and compliant.
  • Work as part of a team — communication and collaboration are key as you help meet daily goals and support your coworkers.

What We’re Looking For

  • Someone that’s reliable, that shows up on time, ready to go, and you can be counted on to do your part.
  • Someone who is a team player and enjoys working with others, lending a hand when needed, and keeping the good energy going.
  • Someone who notices the little things, whether it’s making sure items are packed neatly or following a process step by step, you take pride in doing things the right way.
  • Someone who communicates well, listens carefully to instructions, ask questions when they’re unsure, and aren’t afraid to speak up with ideas or concerns.
  • Someone who’s flexible and open to change, comfortable switching tasks, picking up new skills, and going with the flow when things shift during the day.
  • Someone who is open to learning and you’re eager to pick up new skills.
  • Someone who brings a positive attitude and upbeat energy, even during busy moments.

Why You'll Love This Job

  • You’ll be a part of a mission-driven team that values your hard work and helps you grow.
  • Access to an Employee Wellness Coordinator and robust wellness program that support your health and work-life balance.
