Job summary

CRH, via Oldcastle Infrastructure, seeks a non-exempt manufacturing teammate in Morgan Hill, CA to support precast concrete production. You will work in a manufacturing environment focused on safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities include cleaning and oiling steel forms, assembling/disassembling forms, detailing unfinished concrete before delivery, and preparing products for stripping. Ideal candidates communicate well, work in teams, and can lift up to 40 lbs.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial manufacturing environment. This individual will be part of a team responsible for safely and efficiently producing precast concrete products of the highest quality standards.

• Other duties may be assigned as needed

Compensation

• The hourly pay rate is $28.69/hr
