Job summary

Sensient Technologies is seeking a self-motivated Production Operator in Australia. The role requires professionalism, strong communication, and excellent time management, with mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.

The position is onsite, five days per week, with onboarding and ongoing training. You will follow site quality procedures, handle materials and batch records, process and pack orders, complete paperwork, and keep a clean, safe work area while reporting delays to your

• Experience as a Production Operator in Food, Beverage, or Pharmaceutical industries.
• Knowledge of HACCP/GMP/sanitation/personal hygiene is required.

We are seeking a self-motivated Production Operator. The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism with a can-do attitude. Excellent communication skills are essential along with exceptional time management, mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

As a key member of the Sensient team, you will be required to push boundaries and innovate onsite in the office, 5 days per week.

What you will do:

• Picking raw materials and recording product and batch information
• Processing/mixing and packing off production orders according to the daily production schedule
• Completing production paperwork
• Communicating issues or delays with supervisor
• Cleaning and daily housekeeping

What you will bring:

• Relevant experience as a Production Operator or process worker in the Food, Beverage, or Pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge in HACCP/GMP/ Sanitation/ Personal hygiene required.
