Job summary

Trillium Staffing is hiring a Production Worker for their Milan, IL location. The role focuses on vinyl fabrication, involving cutting, grommeting, and assembly work. This is a full-time position with 1st shift hours from 7am – 3:30pm.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in manufacturing and the ability to read measurements. The position offers a pay rate of $22/hr and training for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Cut vinyl.
• Weld and seam materials using RF, hot‑air, and wedge welding equipment.
• Install grommets using press equipment.
• Lace liners to frames.
• Operate various manufacturing and fabrication equipment.
• Follow drawings, measurements, and other work instructions.

This is a 1st shift position, 7am – 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. Pay rate of $22/hr. This position is full‑time and temp‑to‑hire.
