Job description

As a Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting the manufacturing plant and operators on various product lines. Your responsibilities will include lifting heavy bags of flour and ingredients, loading them on pallets, moving products along a production line, and making and packing boxes. Also, assisiting machine operators and dumping ingridients into mixers.

2ND SHIFT : 2 : 30PM-11 : 00PM Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Lift and stack heavy bags of flour and ingredients, up to 75 lbs.
• Load products onto pallets and move them along the production line.
• Assist in making and packing boxes.
• Maintain good attendance and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a GMP / SOP environment, adhering to safety protocols like wearing hair nets and glasses.
• Experience in manual labor with a capacity to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Good attendance record and ability to work quickly and efficiently.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a highly intensive and physical work environment, preferably within manufacturing GMP settings.
• Skills in lifting, bagging, production, food, chemical, pharma, stacking, and loading heavy bags.

Work in a food manufacturing environment that complies with all CGMP and HAACP guidelines. The production floor is not climate-controlled, with temperatures varying from cold in the winter to hot in the summer. Work boots are required, and you must adhere to CGMP policies, including wearing appropriate hair netting and refraining from wearing jewelry. The job offers flexibility with openings on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts : 1st shift from 6 : 30 am to 2 : 30 pm Monday-Friday, 2nd shift from 2 : 30 pm to 11 : 30 pm Monday-Friday, and 3rd shift from 10 : 30 pm to 7 am Sunday-Thursday.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50 / hr.
