Job summary

Trulite Glass and Aluminum Solutions in Lithia Springs, GA is hiring a Production Associate for the day shift. You will handle glass, load/unload, and follow production labels and paperwork to keep the line moving.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production/manufacturing environment; Glass industry is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs unassisted and up to 150 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to push weights greater than 150 lbs with a team.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to follow instructions from Supervisor/Plant Manager.
• Ability to work in varied temperatures in a non-climate-controlled facility.

Responsibilities

• Handling glass from tables and rolling racks for 8–12 hours daily.
• Transporting materials including glass between positions/locations.
• Reading labels and picking lists to expedite production and communicate paperwork.
• Inspecting products for abnormalities and notifying supervisor of issues.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Handling glass from tables, rolling racks, for eight to twelve hours daily.
• Transporting materials including glass from one position/location.
• Followingwork instructionsby reading labels to expedite the production process, understand and communicate paperwork and labels/ picking list.
• Inspecting product for any abnormalities and notifying supervisor immediately of any issues.

Skills You Bring:

• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment; Glass industry is preferred (not required).
