Job summary

Pennex in Leetonia, OH is seeking reliable Production Workers to join our aluminum extrusion and fabrication team. No prior extrusion experience is required as on-the-job training is provided.

You'll work full-time with shifts 6:00am-6:00pm or 6:00pm-6:00am, earn $18.50-$20.50/hour plus a $1.50 shift differential, and have opportunities to grow into roles such as machine operator, team lead, or quality technician.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical or vocational training in machine operation or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with operating press machines, reading technical drawings or instructions, and using measuring tools preferred.
• Previous extrusion press experience or similar manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures and wear required protective equipment.
• Assist with aluminum extrusion press operations and related equipment.
• Load and unload aluminum materials and finished products.
• Inspect products to ensure quality specifications.
• Measure parts using basic measuring tools.
• Package and prepare finished aluminum profiles for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to keep production running smoothly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Consider joining the Pennex family as a member of the production team in our Leetonia, OH location.We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Workers to join our aluminum extrusion and fabrication team. In this role, you will help produce high-quality aluminum products used across a variety of industries including automotive, construction, and consumer goods.No prior extrusion experience is required — we provide on-the-job training!This position offers stable, full-time employment with opportunities to grow into skilled positions such as machine operator, team lead, press operator, maintenance technician, or quality technician.Shifts Available:**6:00am to 6:00pm with rotating days and weekends**OR 6**:00pm to 6:00am with rotating days and weekends.**Pay: $18.50 to $20.50 an hour, based on experience.
