Primary Saw & Timber in Greenleaf, WI is seeking a Production Worker to support sawmill operations, including material handling, stacking lumber, and maintaining safety and quality standards. This is a physically active, team-based role with opportunities to contribute to a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are able to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors or in semi-enclosed spaces, and demonstrate reliable attendance and a collaborative attitude. Must be 18+ and willing to learn on the job.

• Comfortable working outdoors or in a semi-enclosed environment.
• Strong attendance and work ethic.
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Sort and stack lumber according to size and grade.
• Remove debris and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Assist with sawmill machinery and production flow as directed.
• Follow all safety protocols and report hazards immediately.
• Support team with general labor duties as needed.
