Job summary

TOPPAN Packaging Americas in Franklin, OH is seeking a Production Worker for the Pouching Department. This role supports production lines, learns multiple areas, and contributes to safe, efficient, high-quality output.

Shifts include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd with a pay rate of $25.52 per hour; openings: 6. Must be available for all shifts and weekends as needed. Emphasis on teamwork, safety, and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to learn multiple roles and adapt to the production environment.
• Strong attendance and reliability requested.

Responsibilities

• Support pouching production lines and assist operators as needed
• Move between different work areas based on production needs
• Assist with setup, operation support, and material handling
• Monitor product quality and report any issues
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members across shifts and departments
• Perform other duties as assigned

3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Summary Description

The Pouching Assistant supports production operations within the pouching department. This role is designed to be flexible, allowing employees to learn multiple areas of the plant while contributing to safe, efficient, and high-quality production.
