Job summary

Novatech Group in Egg Harbor Township, NJ is seeking a manufacturing associate for a daytime 4-day schedule (Mon-Thu, 7:00am–5:30pm). You will assist with laying up frames and glass, boxing completed units, and palatizing orders in a clean, safe environment.

Starting pay is $17/hour with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and on-site training. Experience in manufacturing is a plus, and the role supports growth within the company.

Qualifications
