Job summary

Solstice Advanced Materials in Colonial Heights, VA is seeking a Production Worker to help assemble and inspect products, ensuring quality and safety. You will operate equipment, monitor processes, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will report to the Production Supervisor and work in a 24/7 facility, requiring flexibility for rotating shifts and overtime.

Qualifications

Must be able to work rotating shifts and overtime in a 24/7 manufacturing facility.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Demonstrated ability to meet safety, quality and production targets while semi-independently operating manufacturing assets.
Experience interfacing with software systems for equipment operation, inventory control and quality control.
Ability to analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts.
Complete work with proper follow-up and reporting.
Strong focus on identifying key details and prioritizing tasks.
Good coordination, motor skills and dexterity.
Creative thinking and problem solving.

Job description

As a Production Worker here at Solstice, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that products are assembled efficiently and meet quality standards. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our operations and the satisfaction of our customers.

You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Colonial Heights, VA location.

In this role, you will impact the production line by producing high quality products and services for our customers. You will manufacture and inspect product to ensure the highest quality product is provided to our customers. You will be responsible for your work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. You will set up and monitor the production of product in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production and quality improvements.

Compensation

The annual hourly pay for this position is$23.00 per hour. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
