Summary

Support the production of bottled beverages in a timely and efficient manner by batching finished syrups as per formula specifications, handling and storing ingredients properly, documenting procedures, and cleaning and organizing workspaces.

Responsibilities

• Support beverage production by batching syrups as per specifications, handling ingredients properly, documenting procedures, and maintaining workspace cleanliness.
• Report all product out-of-specification and equipment issues immediately to management.
• Follow sanitation procedures on all production equipment, including tanks, pumps, fillers, conveyors, and the production floor.
• Adhere to company Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality policies.
• Participate actively in Hazard Mitigation.
• Complete assigned Health & Safety trainings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or 1-2 years of related experience or training; or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience in the food and beverage industry preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math operations.
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and bend for the entire shift; occasionally climb or balance; lift up to 50 pounds regularly, and more than 75 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to work in wet environments; may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles; overtime and holiday work may be required.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
