Pivot Staffing Solutions Inc. is hiring on behalf of our client for Production Workers to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Ohio. You will operate machinery, handle materials, inspect foam siding products, and help keep production lines running smoothly on a 90-day temp-to-hire basis.

We offer $20 per hour with overtime, weekly pay, 1st and 3rd shifts, paid training, a safe, clean facility, and opportunities to advance into roles such as machine operator, line lead, or technician.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hour shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (team lift).
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Read, write, and accurately interpret rulers and specification sheets.
• Willingness to rotate workstations and departments.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products for quality defects and ensure all specifications are met.
• Perform assembly, packaging, and box-making tasks.
• Move siding and materials between production areas.
• Lift, push, and pull materials up to 50 lbs, typically with a 2-person team.
• Read, write, and interpret rulers and spec sheets.
• Rotate between multiple workstations (3–4 per shift).
• Stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for 8–10 hours.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety and production procedures.
