Lead Welder

We are seeking a skilled Lead Welder to join our team. The Lead Welder will be responsible for overseeing and performing welding duties, as well as managing a team of welders. The ideal candidate will have experience with TIG, MIG, Aluminum, Steel, and Stainless Steel welding.

Responsibilities

  • Perform welding duties as needed
  • Oversee and manage a team of welders
  • Ensure all welding work is completed to high standards
  • Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications
  • Operate welding equipment safely and effectively
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Train and mentor junior welders
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure project deadlines are met

Requirements
