Job description

D-J Engineering is looking for a 1st shift (6am-4:30pm) welder with the following qualifications:

1. Proficient skills with GMAW (MIG welding).
2. GTAW experience a plus (TIG welding).
3. Need to be able to pass an eye exam including, Far vision 20/30 or better, natural or corrected. Depth perception and color blindness.
4. Ability to do simple math and proficient skills in reading a tape measure.
5. Ability to work overtime.
6. Able to lift heavy items and work on hands and knees at times.
7. Able to provide their own tools and toolbox (hammers, squares, pliers, tape measure, etc.).
8. Mandatory 50 hours per week; anything over 40 hours is overtime pay.
9. Stable job history.
