Job summary

Travis Pattern and Foundry is the largest privately owned provider of aluminum castings west of the Mississippi. The company is a union shop seeking experienced aluminum production welders for full-time work on two shifts (Swing shift).

Wages range from $23.49 to $30.15 per hour, with a pre-negotiated 3.25% COLA increase anticipated. Applicants must be 18+, pass pre-employment drug screening, and perform routine tasks in varying conditions.

We have an immediate opening for experienced ALUMINUM production welders. This is a full-time position.

We are hiring for two shifts: Swing shift

We are only hiring for full-time work - 40/hr week or more, overtime is available.

Hourly salary range:

$23.49 – 30.15/hr *

*As of 8/1/2026 there will be a pre-negotiated 3.25% cost of living increase, per the union contract, the wage range for skilled production welders will be adjusted.

**Wages are DOE, subject to a variety of factors including but not limited to: Weld test, Union Contract wage scale, prior relevant experience, skilled experience and/or certifications in specific areas of skilled manufacturing. Wage advancement and opportunity are outlined in the CBA.

We are a Union Shop. We are part of the USW Local #289 M (United Steel Paper and Forestry, Rubber, Manufacturing, Energy, Allied Industrial and Service Workers International) Union.

You must be at least 18 years of age to apply for this position and be able to perform the following essential tasks continuously, for an 8-hour shift.

Job is contingent on passing a pre-employment drug screen within 24-hours of job offer. Pre-employment and random drug screening, does not include marijuana.
