Evergreen Goodwill of Northwest Washington in Seattle Goodwill Outlet – Holgate is seeking an Outlet Production Supervisor to oversee the entire physical operation and supervise production staff. Oversees the entire physical operation, responsible for maintaining an optimum level of merchandise production and supervision of production associates.

Lifting and carrying 40 – 60 pounds; developed fine motor control (grasp, handle, manipulate objects with fingers;
Standing for long periods of time; frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, stooping, squatting, pushing; climbing ladders; able to travel across a variety of surfaces (stairs, ramps, uneven terrain).
Warehouse environment, temperature varies, exposure to dust, loud noises.
This job classification requires various levels of proficiency and experience:
Skilled (demonstrates ample knowledge and skills of duties, with 1-3 years of experience)
