Job summary

ProLogistix in Ada, MI is hiring Production & Warehouse Associates across several roles including Production Associate, Warehouse Associate, General Labor, Picker/Packer, and Forklift Operator. Full-time positions available with overtime.

Responsibilities include assembling, packing, inspecting products, picking orders, operating warehouse equipment, loading/unloading materials, and maintaining safety and quality standards. Shifts available: 1st, 2nd, 3rd; pay rate $17.10–$19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required for all positions.
• Forklift experience preferred for forklift roles.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
