Job summary

Belt Power LLC in Lakeland, FL is seeking a Production Warehouse Associate to join our shop team. You’ll build, repair, and fabricate conveyor belts and components, install lightweight belting, and handle shipping, receiving, and installation work that keeps our customers moving.

Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, able to read measurements with a tape, perform basic math, communicate clearly, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Read measurements accurately using a tape measure.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, repair, and fabricate conveyor belts and components.
• Install and vulcanize lightweight conveyor belting.
• Receive, verify, and organize materials and parts.
• Pick, pack, ship, and record outgoing orders accurately.
• Work with freight carriers and couriers.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Use tools and equipment safely while following PPE rules.
• Represent Belt Power professionally at all times.

What you'll do

As a Production Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a critical role in both warehouse operations and conveyor belt fabrication—working in the shop and occasionally at customer sites. You’ll be involved in hands‑on production, shipping, receiving, and installation work that directly supports our customers.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Building, repairing, and fabricating conveyor belts and components
• Installing and vulcanizing lightweight conveyor belting
• Receiving, verifying, and organizing materials and parts
• Picking, packing, shipping, and recording outgoing orders accurately
• Working with freight carriers and couriers
• Maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Using tools and equipment safely while following all PPE and safety requirements
• Representing Belt Power professionally at all times

Requirements
