Job Summary:

The Production Value Stream Supervisor will manage shift operations and employees in a regulated cannabis production and packaging operation. This position will work with the Production Manager to plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes so that products are delivered on time and within budget. This position includes managing a team of 100+ hourly Production Technicians engaged in producing several cannabis products. All members of the DreamFields production team are expected to be adaptable, honest, and professional.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the team is following the production schedule, working efficiently, and giving precise instruction on expectations and quotas.
2. Audit teams every two hours to make sure they are on track to meet the daily goal.
3. Ensure the team is following proper sanitation protocols and wearing proper PPE.

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Accurately count and organize all products across all SKUs & maintain proper labeling of bins (batch ID, QTY, Strain name, SKU, QC checks, date, signature, etc.).
2. Operate compliantly and maintain proper documentation in METRC.
3. Report employee attendance to Manager/Director (late arrivals, early departures, tardiness from lunch/breaks, etc.).
4. Oversee the preparation and setting up for the shift's production.
5. Arrive at least 15 minutes early to ensure a smooth startup and minimal downtime for employees.
6. Communicate with Production Manager and/or Production Director to ensure all materials are available to successfully accomplish the production schedule.

Required Skills/Abilities:

1. Experience in 5S Lean Manufacturing required.
2. Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Education and Experience:

1. High School Diploma or GED required.
2. 4+ years of experience as a Production Lead or Supervisor.
3. Experience leading a crew of over 50 direct or indirect reports.

Physical Requirements:

1. Ability to lift 75lbs.

Work Schedule: 6:00am - 3:00 pm (as early/late)
