Effective Date: 4/15/25

Schedule: M-F 2:30 pm - 11:30 pm (Flexible with Operational Needs)

Work Location: Initially at Peekskill, NY, relocating to Middletown, NY in early 2026. Candidates must be willing to work in Peekskill for approximately 6-8 months and then transition to Middletown.

Job Summary

The Production Value Stream Supervisor manages shift operations and employees in a regulated cannabis production and packaging environment. Collaborating with the Production Manager, they plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes to ensure timely, within-budget product delivery. The role oversees a team of 100+ hourly technicians involved in cannabis production. All team members are expected to be adaptable, honest, and professional.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Ensure team follows production schedules, works efficiently, and meets quotas with clear instructions.
• Audit teams bi-hourly to monitor progress towards daily goals.
• Ensure sanitation protocols and PPE compliance.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Count and organize all products, maintain proper labeling (batch ID, quantity, strain, SKU, QC checks, date, signature).
• Operate compliantly and document in METRC accurately.
• Report employee attendance issues to management.
• Oversee shift preparation and setup.
• Arrive at least 15 minutes early for smooth start-up.
• Coordinate with Production Manager/Director to ensure material availability.

Required Skills & Abilities

• Experience with 5S Lean Manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 4+ years as a Production Lead or Supervisor.
• Experience managing 50+ direct or indirect reports.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, 2:30 pm - 11:30 pm, with flexibility for operational needs.
