Job summary

Pratt Industries, Inc. is hiring a Production Utility Operator to support our manufacturing floor in Pennsylvania. You will help produce boxes and displays for major customers, including home delivery and e-commerce brands, and participate in packaging operations.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 7am–3pm, with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package upon eligibility. Required: a high school diploma or GED and 3–6 months in a manufacturing environment, plus a strong

• Assist with packaging operations and ensure smooth throughput on the line.

Our Production Utility Operators work in all aspects of the manufacturing floor to help make boxes/displays for some of the biggest customers out there! Think boxes for Butcher Box, moving with Home Depot, Amazon deliveries, Hello Fresh meals, and more! (And yes, we make those!)

  • Prior work experience in the packaging industry; paper, plastics, converting
  • 6 months’ experience in some type of manufacturing operation.
