Job summary

Pratt Industries seeks a Production Utility Operator to assist the manufacturing floor in producing bags and packing paper for major customers such as Home Depot, Amazon, Hello Fresh, and more. This full-time role starts at $18.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits and a strong focus on growth.

Position requires a high school diploma or GED, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work a Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift in a non-remote setting.

Our Production Utility Operators work in all aspects of the manufacturing floor to help make bags/packing paper for some of the biggest customers out there! Think packing paper for moving with Home Depot, bags for Amazon deliveries, Hello Fresh meals, and more! (And yes, we make those!)

• Prior work experience in the packaging industry; paper, plastics, converting
