Job summary

Location: Westbrook, ME. Shift: Mon–Thu, 5:30 PM–4:00 AM. Responsibilities include rack/unrack parts, prep work, inspections, and maintaining safety and cleanliness in the production area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately and consistently.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods while performing production and assembly duties.
• Ability to handle small parts and perform detailed, repetitive tasks with precision.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new processes, skills, and responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Rack and unrack parts for processing according to production requirements and procedures.
• Perform sandblasting, buffing, washing, wiring, and cleaning to prepare parts for plating and finishing.
• Carry out general labor duties to support manufacturing operations and workflow.
• Assist with quality inspections and basic testing before and after plating to verify quality.
• Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and guidelines while doing duties.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment aligned with housekeeping standards.
• Support team members in achieving production goals and quality targets.
