Job summary

Encadria Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking temporary housekeeping workers for the Green End area of the plywood mill. You will remove bark, wood debris, sawdust, and mill refuse to maintain a safe, clean environment.

Shifts are days (5a-5p) and nights (5p-5a) with a 7-on/3-off/7-on/4-off schedule; candidates must follow safety rules, use basic tools, and report hazards. This is a temporary assignment and may involve E-Verify and drug testing where required.

Responsibilities

• Collect, remove, and properly dispose of wood waste, bark, sawdust, offcuts, and packing materials from Green End production areas and walkways.
• Sweep, shovel, and load debris into roll-offs, dumpsters, or conveyors as directed.
• Operate hand tools and basic powered equipment used for cleanup following safety procedures.
• Assist with clearing and cleaning around conveyors, infeed areas, log decks, and veneer handling zones.
• Perform light material handling: lifting, stacking, and moving bundles or light pallets of material as directed.
• Identify and report safety hazards, spills, or machine obstructions to the supervisor immediately.

Job SummaryPerform general housekeeping and clean-up tasks in the Green End area of the plywood mill to maintain a safe, efficient, and compliant operating environment. Work focuses on removing bark, wood debris, sawdust, adhesives, and other mill refuse; supporting production flow; and ensuring all assigned areas meet company safety and cleanliness standards.This role is truly temporary. Positions available are for days (5a-5p) and nights (5p-5a).
