Green Bay Packaging in Tulsa, OK is seeking reliable production teammates for a fast-paced, modern facility. This role involves operating machinery, supporting machine operators, and ensuring product quality.

You must be able to read and use a tape measure, lift up to 50 pounds, and pass drug and background checks. The schedule rotates days and evenings, with starting wages around $21.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Operate machinery used in the production process; assist machine operators by supplying materials.
  • Observe equipment operations to detect malfunctions and notify operators.
  • Verify product conformance to quality standards; count finished products to complete orders.
  • Load/unload items from machines or conveyors; clean and lubricate equipment.

We are operating in a very new and modern facility. Very clean and open environment with a fitness center available for all employees to use upon request.

Fast paced work environment. Operate machinery used in the production process or assist machine operators by supplying and/or handling of materials. Observe equipment operations so that malfunctions can be detected, and operators notified. Verify product conformance to quality standards. Count finished products to determine completion of order. Load and unload items from machines or conveyors. Clean and lubricate equipment.

Average starting wage for the first 50 working days is $21.00/hour.

Experience
  • Some manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.
Education
  • High School or better
