Job summary

KAPtivate Consulting LLC is seeking a Production Underwriter to drive new business across property, GL, excess, and inland marine within a West Coast territory. You will build strong agency relationships, act as a referral underwriter on complex risks, and contribute to a profitable book of business.

Responsibilities include underwriting and pricing, territory management, regular travel to agents, and timely submissions. CPCU/AU is a plus and a Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of P&C underwriting experience (GL and property required; E&S experience a plus).
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; CPCU/AU a plus.
