Job summary

UniFirst is looking for a Production Team Partner – Truck Loader to prep trucks for route deliveries in our Indianapolis operation. This entry-level role offers on-the-job training and a 40-hour work week with weekends off.

You will handle loading tasks and safety protocols in a team-focused environment, with room for growth within the company. Benefits include 401K with company match, profit sharing, health insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school education and/or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old; 18+ to operate machinery.
• Able to stand for an entire 8-hour shift.
• Able to read, write and communicate clearly with management; basic math using US units.
• Able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Load garments and service products onto trucks for deliveries.
• Follow safety policies, HACCP and medical guidelines.
• Perform other duties as described by supervisor or management.
