Responsibilities

• Read and understand simple blueprints and standard work instructions.
• Trim and clean parts.
• Perform visual inspection of parts.
• Measure and verify specifications of parts as needed.
• Accurately complete required documentation.
• Maintain positive traceability of products.
• Keep working areas orderly.
• Prepare and package parts for shipping.
• Communicate with production lines as necessary.
• Operate various pieces of equipment including razor knives, die grinders, bead blasters, part washers, drill press, band saw, lathe, and disc sander.
• Operate and read tools such as calipers, micrometers, pyrometers, and torque wrench.
