The Training Supervisor is a front-line leader responsible for designated areas of the manufacturing process, ensuring operational excellence and a performance-oriented environment. This position plays a key role in effectively training Production staff. Supervisors will continue to identify their training, testing, and support needs, partnering with the Training Supervisor to implement solutions and improve shift performance. The Training Supervisor will assist with scheduling, recommend training opportunities, and provide support. Working hours may vary between day and night shifts, depending on operational needs.
