Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is seeking a Production Instructor to train production staff on processes, equipment operation, quality standards and safety procedures. You will update curricula, validate proficiency, and collaborate with SMEs to keep programs current.

The role requires facilitation skills, knowledge of production operations, and commitment to Heartland safety policies. Strong MS Office and LMS experience are preferred as part of maintaining training records and reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree or related certifications preferred (Train-the-Trainer, OSHA, safety or quality).
• 3+ years in production/manufacturing/operations environment required; beverage/CPG preferred.
• Experience training, coaching, onboarding or mentoring employees.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; LMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, on-the-job, and hands-on training for production employees; validate proficiency.
• Monitor progress, identify gaps, provide coaching and report readiness to managers.
• Update and optimize training content; coordinate with SMEs and vendors to keep programs current.
• Create and manage training items in the LMS; maintain training records and generate reports.
• Ensure training complies with regulatory and safety policies; align with SOPs.
