Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is seeking a Production Instructor to train production employees on processes, equipment operation, quality standards, and safety procedures. You will deliver classroom and on-the-job training and maintain current training content for new and existing staff.

The role requires strong facilitation and coaching skills, experience with LMS and recordkeeping, and collaboration with Safety and Production leaders to ensure compliant, efficient operations and ongoing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; minimum two years work experience.
• Associate degree preferred; OSHA, safety, or quality certifications preferred.
• 3+ years in production, manufacturing, or operations environment.
• Experience training, coaching, onboarding, or mentoring employees.
• Ability to communicate and present information to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, on-the-job, and hands-on training for production employees on all aspects of production operations.
• Monitor employee progress, document performance and training opportunities, and identify gaps.
• Execute and implement training best practices; coordinate curriculum revisions with SMEs.
• Create, manage, and assign training in the LMS; maintain training records.
• Ensure training meets regulatory, compliance and business requirements.
• Partner with Safety and Production leaders to prioritize safety training.
