Job summary

Flora Food Group is seeking a Training Program Lead at our Hugoton, KS plant to design and deliver a structured onboarding and capability-building program for new employees in manufacturing. What you'll do

Reporting functionally to the Plant Manager and working alongside HR, you will help sustain a culture of learning and accountability that benefits the entire facility.
