Job summary

McKee Foods Corporation in Gentry, AR is seeking a Production Trainee to join our high-speed snack cake line. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will help package and inspect finished products, ensure quality and productivity targets, and support a smooth workflow on a fast-paced shift.

This 2nd shift runs Sunday through Thursday, 2:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m., with a $1.00/hr shift premium. Competitive weekly pay and comprehensive benefits accompany this opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the packaging and inspection of finished food products that may include: Packaging unwrapped snack cakes into individual wrapping, Placing wrapped snack cakes into cartons, Filling cases with cartons of snack cakes, Arranging cases onto pallets for shipment, following specific stacking patterns
• Monitoring production processes to meet quality and productivity targets
• Collaborating with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Following production schedules and meeting production quotas
• Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work area
