We are currently seeking a talented Production Technician responsible for assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic and mechanical systems for our SEM and TEM product lines.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assembling small, precision mechanical components in a low-volume production environment.
• Testing and troubleshooting using precision equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, function generators, and data acquisition modules.
• Collaborating with engineering to improve product quality and develop test procedures.
• Reading and interpreting schematics and technical drawings.
• Performing soldering and rework on assemblies.
• Communicating effectively across departments regarding relevant issues.
• Maintaining inventory accuracy and safety compliance.
• Organizing and maintaining a clean production environment.
• Training others on test procedures.
• Supporting teamwork and engaging with diverse personalities.
• Taking on responsibilities proactively and managing multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Qualifications include:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher in an engineering discipline preferred.
• 1-3 years of related technical or industry experience with mechanical aptitude.
• Experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and Lean Manufacturing is a plus.

Compensation

Employee Type: Hourly

Salary Range: $40,000 - $65,000

Incentives: Not offered
