Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation is seeking a Production Test Engineer 3 to test and troubleshoot high voltage power supplies and electronic sub-assemblies. You will work directly with Production Management and Manufacturing Engineering to drive continual improvement and maintain safety and performance standards.

Responsibilities include testing and calibrating devices, collaborating on design issues, and developing fixtures and loads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Technology or equivalent plus 2 years of experience in testing and troubleshooting electronic assemblies.
• Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience testing and troubleshooting high voltage power supplies and electronic assemblies.

Responsabilités

• Test and calibrate high voltage power supplies to ensure completed units meet customer specifications for performance and safety.
• Troubleshoot and repair high voltage power supplies; record data during testing and analyze results.
• Collaborate with design engineering on technical issues and recommend changes to ATPs and test methods for products.
• Assist in developing ATPs, test fixtures, and test loads.
• Participate in Failure Analysis to determine root causes.
• Assist B and C technicians with troubleshooting when required.
• Assist in other department activities as required.
